These general conditions of sale regulate all relationships between: The Company Fanautica SLU and its users and partners.

Before making any transaction, the member acknowledges knowing and declares accepting these conditions from the moment they click the “Accept” button.<\/p>

1 – Particular conditions of sale<\/strong>
The member acknowledges, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price (quota of services or products, quantity, color, size, details of services or products, cost of services etc.) and expressly declares to accept them. 3 – Confirmation of the order<\/strong>
FANAUTICA confirms the acceptance of your order to the user through the chosen medium: email. The sale will not end until FANAUTICA confirms the order
FANAUTICA reserves the right not to confirm an order or service for any specific reason such as the reservation deadline, full capacity for groups, any problem related to the weather that prevents the activity, an abnormal order or any foreseeable problem regarding delivery. FANAUTICA will provide you with this information
New orders cannot be placed until the member has made the payment of the outstanding amounts for previous orders. Likewise, the reservation of services will not be completely transferred until FANAUTICA receives the entire debt from the user. <\/p>

4- Warranty and returns.<\/strong>
All services\/quotas\/products that are for sale in our online store are the same that we have for sale on our website. Both the photographs and their description are accurate. Any slight color variation, in the case of clothing between the physical product and its photograph, will always be attributed to the calibration of each screen of the device where this photograph is seen. Depending on the calibration, the colors that are seen on the screen may be different from reality. If you have any questions about this, contact us before making the purchase.
At FANAUTICA we subject all our items to rigorous quality control to detect damage or defects. We carry out this process when we receive them from our distributors and before they are delivered to our users. In this way we ensure that all the items we have in stock are in perfect condition and so our users can obtain them.
Item anomaly: As the delivery is made on the same scale, it is essential to check at the time of delivery that the delivered material is in good condition, if you do not do this, it must be at that time that the claim is made to obtain a change. In case the item is taken without checking, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Order cancellations:
In the case of clothing, a cancellation will only be accepted 24 hours after the order.
In the case of a service, if it is an exclusive offer there will be no possibility of change or cancellation, in other services if the reservation is not for the day after placing the order, the change must be requested within 24 hours after the order <\/p>

All prices will be indicated in euros and include VAT. The price charged to the user is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by FANAUTICA. Payment for products and services is made by credit card in a secure environment on our provider’s server or bank transfer. The user’s credit card will be charged in euros. <\/p>

6 – Conditions and payment methods<\/strong>
Once the activities and\/or products have been selected, you must go to the checkout to finalize the purchase or make the transfer. The order confirmation consists of 4 simple steps: provide billing information, email, telephone and payment method, which depending on the service and\/or product may be through: Credit\/Debit Card:

The cards currently accepted are: American Express\/ Visa\/ Visa Electron\/ Mastercard \/ Maestro.
The operation is managed directly by Caixabank, so the confidentiality of the transaction is absolute.
